Shenan Pellegrini, Esq.

Attorney Pellegrini is a founding partner of Calnan, Freeley & Pellegrini.  She is a graduate of Boston College (B.S. Cum Laude 1996) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. Cum Laude 1999).

Attorney Pellegrini has over 25 years of experience specializing in workers’ compensation defense litigation and in defending and litigating on behalf of employers, self-insurers, TPA’s and insurance carriers.

Attorney Pellegrini has been a frequent lecturer for workers’ compensation continuing legal education, insurance industry groups and employers.  She is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University Law School teaching Workers’ Compensation law.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Sub-Committee (now a full section) and serves on its’ Education Sub-Committee.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association. 

 

Attorney Pellegrini is a contributing author for the Lexis Nexis Practice Guide for Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation 2014 Edition and was the distinguished faculty for the 36th and 37th Annual Seak, Inc. National Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference presenting a workshop on managing and defending workers’ compensation claims.
