Ann Marie Freeley, Esq.

Ann Marie Freeley is a founding partner of Calnan, Freeley & Pellegrini. She is a graduate of Tufts University (Cum Laude, B.S. in Political Science) and Boston University School of Law.

Attorney Freeley has over 30 years of experience in litigating workers compensation claims at the Department of Industrial Accidents, originally on the employee side. For the past 20 years, Ann Marie Freeley has been zealously defending workers' compensation claims on behalf of insurers, self-insurer's, municipalities and TPA's.

Attorney Freeley was a founding partner at Calnan, Freeley, and Pellegrini Law Group, successfully launching an all-female law firm, with its mission focusing on achieving best results on behalf of their clients.

Attorney Freeley is thrilled to launch Freeley and Pellegrini Law Group with Attorney Shenan Pellegrini. They are grateful for the partnerships they have established with all their clients and they look forward to continuing to pursue zealous excellence on their behalf.

Attorney Freeley is a frequent lecturer in workers compensation matters, through MATA and the Massachusetts Bar Association.  She is a frequent presenter in workers’ compensation nuts and bolts seminars, more advanced training sessions and strategy development workshops for insurers, self-insurers and employers.  She is a strong advocate of the team approach to handling workers’ compensation claims, coordinating efforts with Human Resource Officers, Occupational Medicine Specialists, Claims Staff, Brokers and Risk Managers to achieve best results.
